Vegetarian Cheesy Potato Soup Ingredients 5lbs. Russet Potatoes 1 1/2 cup Whole Milk 32oz Vegetable Broth 6 tbsp Butter 4 tbsp Flour 1 Small Onion 2 cups Mixed Vegetable(Fresh or frozen) *Corn, Green Beans, Broccoli, Peas or Carrots are all great choices* 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 3/4 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 3 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp Parsley 1tbsp Oregeno 1tsp Paprika  Salt and Pepper to taste  Instructions 1. Peel and cut the potatoes and place in a stock pot.  Fill the pot with water until the potatoes are covered and boil until the potatoes are tender (15-20 minutes). 2. While the potatoes are boiling, chop up the onions and saute them with the garlic and butter on low/low medium heat in a large skillet. 3. Banana Cream Pie- Cake Ingredients Cake  Ingredients: 3 la rge Ripe Bananas  (about   1   and 1/2 cups mashed) 3 cup s All purpose Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon  1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup softened unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup light brown sugar 3 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk (Buttermilk Substitute: Add 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice, to a measuring cup and fill remaining cup with milk to equal 1 1/2 cups.  Set aside for 5 minutes to sour milk) Filling Ingredients: 3.4 oz Instant Banana Pudding mix 2 cups Milk 1 box Vanilla wafer cookies Frosting: Store bought Whipped Frosting  (Walmart bakery is my favorite.  They sell bags of it right from the Bakery) Or Whipped cream Directions 1.
